“I’ve used sigmaTec a handful of times, and I’ve had good enough experiences to send another handful of people their way. I originally had them recommended to me as Subaru experts, but they work on other makes, too.
sigmaTec always prices extremely fairly. They are honest, even if it keeps them from making a buck. They talk about the issues directly, and I’ve never once seen them do that crappy thing where they won’t talk to a ‘girl’ because they “wouldn’t understand car stuff”. When I go with my partner, they are treated with the same respect I am.
I love this shop, and I’ll gladly keep waiting for appointments and driving half an hour to get to them just to give them business.”
“I have a long history here and they have always done me right. I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my truck and decided I didnt want them and the salesman told me there was a restocking fee. I was ok with that, I did place the order. He called me later to tell me that the wheels/tires they had ordered where the wrong ones for my truck and wouldn't fit. So he did not charge me the restocking fee. I did end up buying 7 tires for my dually and most recently I brought my daughter's Honda CRV in and they evaluated the tires for free. It's a quality place and the prices are decent. The downsides? Long waits but they do have an air conditioned lobby. My advice is, do not buy used tires, comparison shop, then try these folks out and see what you think.”

Riley said he could take a look and give me an estimate if I brought it in around 3 (same day). “It’s very rare for car service experiences to be pleasant. This Midas location somehow pulls it off. The employees seem to really like their job and treat people kindly and fairly. What you get at the chain repair shop:
ipad, sharp eyed, automated, upsell, paperwork pusher, sorry, need to replace your entire XXXX system, no, can't just fix the one part, for your benefit, of course, only the highest standard of care, of course, but also please extra fee for a warranty, of course, tiered, so they know exactly how much disdain is appropriate for you, specifically.
Meanwhile today at Aarrow:
a gruff man telling you that they replaced the thing and you don't need to pay because it's under warranty (turns out they did some work on it last year).
Bottom line:
if you don't try these guys you are missing out!”
“I brought my car in for brake issues. Kyle Cochran assisted me and was very professional and honest. After looking at my car he said that my brakes did not need to be replaced. I am impressed because so many places would have done the work and charged me for something I didn't need. I highly recommend Richey and Kyle to everyone.”

“I could write a really detailed review of my experience, but I don't think anyone wants to read something that long. Let me just say, these guys go above and beyond to provide great service! Chris, the owner, is very knowledgeable, honest, and a genuinely nice guy. As far as I can tell, all the mechanics working there are good and really know their stuff.
I guess I could provide a few details for those who are interested:
I brought in my vehicle for a really bad wheel bearing that I had let go for probably way too long. It was worrying me, and I just got my tax refund, so I figured it was time to get it done. There ended up being complications, due to my vehicle being over 22 years old, and they had to keep it longer than expected. They also had to use a lot more labor time, take up one of their garage bays, use a couple of unexpected extra parts, etc.
Not only did Chris not try to charge me more than the original estimate, he also volunteered to take my Lyft fees (I used them to get back and forth to work) off my bill! He wasn't required to do that, but he volunteered to do it anyway. That's real customer service/satisfaction!
You can't go wrong with these guys. I'm recommending this shop to all my friends and family in the future. I already recommended them to one of my Lyft drivers for a brake job.
If you live in the Hilliard area, or even if you don't, you should use this shop for all your auto care needs. We need to support them. Their prices are very reasonable and, above all, they're one of the few truly honest shops left out there.
p.s. If you shop at the Hilliard Kroger (pretty close to them) you might be able to get a coupon on the back of your receipt for a discounted oil change or some money off a brake job.”

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I didn’t even make it into the front door and the guys asked if I needed a mechanic or tire I said tire and they ushered me into the garage door. My tire had lost all air and I had put my spare on, they checked the original tire, I had a slight leak in my stem, they changed my stem and slapped the tire back on all in less than five minutes and charged me nothing!
