Excellent location, so close to tons of stuff. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was stocked and good food. Room was super clean, very good sized. Would def stay again.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and customer service at the Best Western Hilliard Inn and Suites. I have not stayed at a Best Western in several years but this particular location did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again!

Honestly only complaint would be the noise from the pool going later than pool was supposed to be open but the kids were having fun and honestly Kids playing and not on phones or tablets is a win in my book. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean.
