“We worked with Taylor Williams, the store manager, to purchase 5 e-bikes.
He was absolutely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect.
He met with all of us, individually and as a group, to choose the exact e-bike to fit our individual needs.
It took over 3 hours to accomplish this, and he was extremely patient with all our questions.
He took care to order the specially requested accessories and to match everyone's bike and color schemes. Some wanted pink bikes and white helmets, others grey bikes and grey helmets, and we needed a dog carrier, which again matched the chosen e-bike.
Taylor delivered the 5 e-bikes to our house personally and reviewed all the functional, storage, and e-charging procedures. He facilitated the set-up in the garage.
He also explained how to keep in contact with him to help with other needs we may have.
The purchasing and the services were exceptional.
Our group will keep in contact with him to purchase a yearly bike clean-up and tune-up.

“Johnny Velo Bikes is my "go to" bike shop! This is where I got my first road bike last year (2019), after a few decades of not riding a bike, and I'm glad I did! The owner, John, is the owner and cares deeply about the neighborhood and getting people back on bikes. Boggs, the head mechanic is sparky and awesome. He knows his stuff and has fixed my bikes time and time again. Without this shops support I don't think I would have taken to cycling as well as I have. The sell Bianchi, Giant, and Kona bikes. Trust them to put you on the bike that's right for you. They don't pressure and are more concerned about what you truly need in a bike. If you're a beginner or an expert, this little bike shop in Clintonville is a haven for cycling enthusiasts.”
