“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.
I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.”

I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. “I went to Twisted Metal for a slight dent and a lot of scratched paint incurred by backing up and turning, scraping the front left side of the car on the side of my garage door. It looked bad, there was a lot of garage paint and scratches on the car. The manager of Twisted Metal, told me after looking at it that he was going to “make my day” and he did! He was able to remove the paint and small scratches with some kind of polish. The dents he thought could be popped out by a dent removing service. But really, you would have to look carefully to see any dent. This is after I got a $1700 estimate from the dealer. I wanted to pay him, but he would not take my money. Who does that anymore? I will go back, and I trust them to be honest.”

Wow. What's not to love about a family owned and operated neighborhood business that's been serving the community for over 60 years? I never leave Google reviews, but I've got to make an exception for Bernie's. Though busy, they worked me in right away and gave me a beautiful new bumper more quickly than I would have expected. Both the work and the service was excellent. And they're just really nice folks. I recommend them very highly!”

“So, I've dealt with quite a few shops, but I've never, ever had one I felt so good about. WOW is my review. They're the nicest people. Very patient with me and all my questions. And the car was returned so quickly, I've never had a car returned that quickly with that much being done. And icing on the cake is HERTZ car rental is on site at this location. I will never use another shop going forward. This location is the best I've found. 10 stars all the way! The car was returned to me looking better than when it was purchased!
UPDATE: Just realized this shop even detailed the car. The rims were all cleaned on all 4 wheels. Inside all cleaned up. Smells great! Wow, i called my insurance rep to tell her how great this shop is. I will be recommending them to everyone i get the chance. I was just too happy to notice the extra details they threw in.
Update 2. 3rd time using this shop. Still the best several ever. Everyone here is just awesome.”

“Excellent service. I had a minor front bumper incident and needed to replace some of the trim and plastic components at the bottom of the bumper. I bought the aftermarket pieces and tried to fix my car myself, but once I realized it was a more intensive repair than I thought, I took my car to ABS. Neva looked at my car in depth with me and showed me the extra pieces I would need to properly fix my car (and why I needed them) and quoted me a fair price to install them. Once my parts came in, they took care of the rest. The drive-through is convenient for a quick and easy estimate, the drop-off and pick-up were painless, and the location is incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.”
