“Kat and her manager were incredibly helpful and kind. I had accidentally thrown away my $10 off coupon, and today was the last day to redeem it. Kat even held my items while I went home to look for the coupon. When I couldn’t find it, they honored the discount as a one-time courtesy.
Their generosity meant so much to me, especially since I am currently unemployed and needed several of these items for my daughter this summer.

This was my first time using her to color my hair w/ highlights and low lights and I was more than please w/ the outcome. “Very sweet shop- with racks for girls and boys displayed by size. I spent a while trying to figure out the size of a 5 year old relative who wanted a butterfly print. Didn't get any of these pictured but got some other sweet clothes. The sales reps and store associates were very helpful.”

“I had avoided this place for a while because the customer service was terrible - and there seemed to be a hygiene issue that customers carried into the dressing rooms that the staff couldn’t / wouldn’t get rid of.
About every two months I’d pop in for clearance because I still like their clothes.
My last visit a few days ago was like night and day. An associate (I’d take a stab and say manager, maybe?) came out to see if I was ok and as the pile in my arms grew she came back around with a bag for me. I was very surprised, to say the least. The last few times I was in there I was completely ignored. The staff in general was more friendly - although when I paid cash it seemed to blow the cashier’s mind.
If there had been a change in management, it’s a positive and long overdue change…”
