“Kohl's seems to kind of be forgotten by some. But Kohl's is still a great store to go shopping in. Rather you're on a budget or doing fine with your money, everyone can go in and find good quality clothing. You now go into the Sephora doors since they are both connected. Then walk around and shop the way you use to when you could see what you where getting before you purchased. Kohl's gives a clean comfortable shopping experience. Go get your Kohl's on.”
“Went in to get a hat. They didnt have my size in stock. They ordered it and it came in quick.
Now the real selling point for this store is Richard. He does the hat shaping and is great and super friendly.”
“I had avoided this place for a while because the customer service was terrible - and there seemed to be a hygiene issue that customers carried into the dressing rooms that the staff couldn’t / wouldn’t get rid of.
About every two months I’d pop in for clearance because I still like their clothes.
My last visit a few days ago was like night and day. An associate (I’d take a stab and say manager, maybe?) came out to see if I was ok and as the pile in my arms grew she came back around with a bag for me. I was very surprised, to say the least. The last few times I was in there I was completely ignored. The staff in general was more friendly - although when I paid cash it seemed to blow the cashier’s mind.
If there had been a change in management, it’s a positive and long overdue change…”
