“Miller/Millwest is just about the finest furniture store that I have ever dealt with. I look for furniture that will stand up to use and last. That has been my experience in the past and I know it will be the same going forward. And the delivery process is second to none. Simply stated, you do what you say and you deliver it when you say. The men who deliver are on time, clean and very courteous. I just cannot say enough. Recently I made a purchase from a different store (something that Millwest does not carry) and was told that deli could only be scheduled sometime after 8:00 AM. At 5:00 PM, I called, asking when delivery would be. I was told that my purchase didn’t even make it to the truck . Oops, sorry….. I have total confidence that this would never happen at Millwest!!!”

I went to Mattress Firm, Sleep Outfitters, and Original Mattress Factory. My last stop was CBUS Mattress. Save yourself the run around and call Ben first!
Current day: Needed a Mattress. Called Ben and told him exactly what I wanted. He’ll get it delivered. I don’t even have to go into the store. I might, but I don’t have to. He’s the best! I highly recommend a king, dual control, vibrating, reclining bed! Thanks Ben!!”

“Decided to replace our current mattress which we've had for 11 years and was purchased from Original Mattress Factory in Hilliard.
Went back a couple of weeks ago to purchase the replacement. Sales process couldn't have gone smoother. Both guys we dealt with were great, very informative and helpful.
Fast forward to today for the delivery. Very efficient and quick with the removal of the old and in with the new.

“Jeff Hardy their mattress specialist was so very knowledgeable. He explained the many features of different levels of mattresses across several brands including a hotel brand. He made us knowledgeable about firmness levels and designs, coolness & comfort aspects of gels, memory foam and natural fabrics, springs or no springs and quality levels of springs. Jeff made us feel confident in our choice (Stearns and Foster Lux series). We shopped exhaustively and Macy's prices are better than most on brand products. On better mattresses you have 100+ days to make sure it works for you or exchange it for $99 pickup fee. I recommend Jeff Hardy at the Britton Pkwy Macy's furniture store.”
