Our only issue was the person we closed with was very rude and short with us. She deflected most of our questions to other people or claimed ignorance on important aspects of the closing. We wish we closed with the people that guided us through the process. Why Ohio laws allow closing agents is beyond me.”

“I love huntington. My whole family switched to them 5 yrs ago. We even have business accounts. Never an issue. There 24 hr grace is awesome. You can download there app and transfer money into accounts without your name being on account. It goes in instantly with no charge.”
“I went to the machine after hours. It was nice to be able to still have access inside instead of using the machine in the parking lot. I don't trust a machine in the parking lot since I had one eat my card once and it took a month to replace. This machine was great since others make you hit the plus and minus for the bills of currency you want. This one just asked if you want all 20's or mixed currency to save you the hassle.”

Kathryn walked us through everything addressing my daughter age 15 1/2 -looking at her to make sure she was understanding what she was explaining A week later Kathryn sent her a "Thank You Card" for opening an account and said "Congratulations on your first first job" Kathryn Jenkins Excellent Customer Service.”
“I LOVE Third Federal. They are a 'local' bank and, in my experience, they have treated their customers with fairness and dignity. When I bought my house over 30 years ago I got my mortgage with them. Over time, they have never sprung any surprise fees on us. Their online banking is, at least for me, easy to use.”
