“I’ve been a cardholder member of Costco for quite a few years. I figured I’d give you guys a five star review because your place is always organized every time I come in there and I appreciate that it’s always packed, but that’s a good sign. Only thing I don’t care for is that the rotisserie chicken is put in those plastic bags now I like the old containers better I know a lot of people that agree with me. Any chance you might get those back either way I’m satisfied with your Strongsville store”
“Steve was very kind to take a look at my car even without an appointment, so I wouldn't get stranded. I had this battery/starting issue over a year. Went to several places but none seemed to be able to find the issue. Steve did a great job with the electrical. He found the problem, was able to get my batteries replaced under warranty and get the original manufacturer part the same day so I had my car by afternoon.I am very appreciative of his kindness, listening to my observations and fixing my car so quickly. It now runs like when I first purchased it. And he tried to keep the cost down for me.His receptionist was also very understanding and nice to speak with. She was able to take me home while I waited for the repair. I highly recommend the service at Spring Grove Automotive.”
“Nice plaza. The free showers are a plus. Cameras are everywhere, and they also have a security guard on site. Lady drivers should feel very secure. The showers are small but kept clean. Overall, this plaza is a very nice place to stop for a break, or you can do a 34-hour reset comfortably.”
“Great experience with Caitlin at Customer Service today! I had 9 items of clothing to return - all items had their original Costco tags still attached, but I only had the receipt for half of them. Caitlin was empathetic, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. She handled the returns with ease and professionalism.

“I wrote a review about true north maybe 24 hrs ago. I said some negative things about this store I've never been to Ohio and we stopped at two different stores and I miss spoke when I said true north I apologize to true north and all their staff,for putting a negative light on their store. I had no issues at the store I had no problems .very friendly staff ,professionalism,no issues so I apologize for anyone who read my previous post”
“Best prices around, 99% of the time they're 10 cents or more under the rest of the area. The owner is very sweet, the staff is friendly and efficient. Decent selection of snacks and drinks, especially considering the size of the store vs some of the huge places.”

“This speedway is a literal life saver. On Christmas Eve at around midnight my family was driving around in a borrowed car (after ours died) that was very low on gas and every gas station we went to was closed. Finally we pass this speedway and see a car parked and decide to give it a try. AND IT WAS OPEN! We were able to get home for Christmas and not spend the night at my uncles and aunts. So whoever was working that night, you’re the best person ever.”

“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

“Been watching the channel since I lived in Alaska back in 2016 and what are the odds 10 years later, I live only an hour and a half away now. With that being said, had to stop by and show them fresh made daily quarter pound of meat sandwiches some love. And they were just as amazing as advertised. Definitely recommend, definitely coming back.”
