“Drug Mart pharmacy #84 has the absolute best customer service. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy and their staff that makes you feel welcome and they always go the extra mile to help me ! Rich and Yara the pharmacists , Zachary, Jordan and Jonathan are always so prompt, friendly and helpful ! They need to be recognized and treated for their service and care. I worked in Oncology for a long time and dealt with pharmacies regularly and this pharmacy and staff here in Strongsville are top notch ! I would highly recommend!”

“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

“I almost don't want to post a review because I feel like this pharmacy is a secret I stumbled upon. I've never once had an issue with my prescription, or even really had to wait. The staff are so helpful and kind. If you use the drive-thru, just know they may scare you half to death because they sometimes talk when they're not standing at the window and it feels like you're talking to some ghost from the great beyond.”

“Edited to add: After I posted my review, the pharmacist called me to personally address my issue. Incorrect test strips were refunded and I was provided with new monitor and test strips. Really appreciated them doing the right thing to correct their mistake.Pharmacy sold me $50 test strips for a glucose monitor that is discontinued. I can’t get a refund because I opened the box without knowing that the test strips are worthless. Why would they sell me strips that I can’t use? No one ever asked me or my prescribing physician what brand of strips I needed - and why would they sell a worthless test strip unless they confirmed what monitor I was using?”
“It's a huge store and the closeouts there are awesome. Everything is very neat there. Can I see me like everything is on the shelves like perfectly straight and like perfect distance apart with your odd but it's very comforting in a strange way. I don't know how they maintain that but every time I'm there it's the same exact way. I highly recommend stopping if you're in Brunswick, I don't think you will be disappointed even if it's just to see the products lined up all nice and neat lol.”
“They had the gum I was looking for in stock, and as a bonus they have some strawberry milk that looks good. All of those were a fair price. I like the addition of self-checkouts so I don't have to wait in line, but I wish I could use my Marc's gift card at the self-checkout without requiring an employee to assist.”
“The staff were so kind and caring and knowledgeable. I was treated like a human and not a number. All hospitals should follow suit. I also didn't have to wait in an emergency room for 6 to 12 hours to be seen. I'm very grateful for them.”
“After my first visit to a Sams Club today @ (~11am) I feel like I may have made a mistake, probably should have went with Costco. When I finished shopping today and was leaving the lady at the door was nowhere to be seen, she definitely was not at the door so I didn’t see her. When she seen that I was going for the exit she rushed over and stopped me. My wife explained we were new customers and she rolled her eyes at her. I nearly went back in to return everything but my wife didn’t want me to make a scene. Your employees should understand that we have options, and should treat customers like their job depends on it, because it does.

The best part about the customer service at this marcs is the young man who picks up the carts...he is the sweetest kid ever. He will walk your cart to your car and put your groceries away, not expecting a tip. Sweetest guy ever. It's nice to see customer service like this. “This is the best pharmacy ever. They are courteous, friendly, efficient, kind. I have seen an abusive, rude customer literally yell at one of the techs totally without justification, and the tech and all the workers remained calm and polite. The pharmacist has called me several times to ask about other meds and make sure I was aware of side-effects or whatever. Great pharmacy!”

“10 minutes from our house in Copley Ohio. Generally prescriptions from local physicians and hospitals are filled within 24 hours. If it is an exotic medication it is obtained from other sources and ready the next day. Staff is friendly and it's the best place to keep up with your immunizations for which they keep a record that is transmitted to your primary medical source. Depending on your insurance immunizations are free. In contrast to having the immunization at a hospital there's no charge for a treatment room. The pharmacist is always ready to answer your questions.”

Extra Care Card I've had for awhile tell my friends & family what a good deal for the price you pay for the year. And how much extra you can save, on items also website put coupons on card regular prices & when go to store I can scan card & print up paper on machine to see what I have and expiration dates. Really Like this Store.Thanks”
