“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

“When I first went here to get my memebrship cards the customer service ladies were very nice. This location is kept together pretty well and they do accept Apple Pay. The only downside fall is I had to use my credit card because they don't accept Discover on Apple Pay.”

“I know why this CVS has such a low rating, but this time I wanted to talk about a persona who does not work directly for this CVS but was contracted by this store (that’s why he is getting 5 starts unlike the people who work at the store) I pulled up for Covid test and i did not complete the appointment form on my phone. I thought this guy is going to send me home, but instead he took his time to help me finish the form and the way he was conducting himself was so professional, with a tremendous patience and kindness. This CVS does not deserve a professional like this, this CVS can’t even open a pharmacy on time and one of the “pharm. assistant” (not going to say her name) just told me-Nope!!! when asked if she was planning to open the pharmacy. So these 5 stars go to the person who helped me today with the Covid test, not this obnoxious pharmacy assistant.”

“I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had in the Strongsville CVS pharmacy today. I went to the pharmacy counter and was greeted so kindly by a female employee by the name of Roopal. I had quite a bit of questions reference my prescriptions now that the doctor had recently cut me back on the amount to be taking. Ms Roopal was so very kind and understanding, and had the upmost patience with me while sorting out the medication’s and checking through the computer system to see the best way to update my prescriptions. Ms Roopal’s customer Service was excellent, as she explained everything I needed to know, going forward with my prescriptions. Thank you, Rick L”

“As expected during the Christmas season Walmart was extremely busy. But with that said. Every cashier station was in operation. Now I've been to many Walmarts band I've never seen them all running. This was awesome to be able to get in and out in a very fast amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“I have 9 meds because insurance bases when each is eligible and cvs messes up Almost EVERY Time I need a refill all meds come available on different days they message me scripts are ready I go there they don't have any I have to return 3-4 times each script. They tell me don't have refills with bottle from them in hand saying 2 refills then they say it needs Dr. Special Authorization after 3 days in a row and it's Friday after 5pm and can't resolve till Monday so almost every day of month to get my 9 prescription refilled. ...... That is Garbage”
