“My car wouldn't turn over, tried jumping it but that didn't work. I called to let them know that I will need my car towed to their shop for it to be evaluated. I left the keys in the car for them to come get it from the Dollar General parking lot. About 2 hours later I got a call from the tow truck driver who let me know he got the car jumped and it was just the battery. Waited for me to get back there to drive it away. He could have not tried to jump start it and towed it back to their shop as that would have made them more money, but he didn't. I would trust this company to be fair.”

“There task was not easy old RV some parts were not available. Had to retrofit to make work. The crew cleaned up after themselves. And I think they charged a very fair price. I will go back again when needed if they don't kick me out first.”

“Very late review, but I had my bike (with a flat tire) towed by Heidi's Towing in June of 2025. I was passing through the area on my way to Wisconsin, and got a flat tire on the highway around midnight. Heidi's was very professional and reasonable and towed the bike to the nearest Harley dealership. Even had the local cops show up to confirm it's ok to leave the bike outside the dealership. Would absolutely recommend.
Not to mention the free tshirt they mailed me a few days later”

“Passing through the area in our van, we stopped not sure about some noise and whether or not it was serious. Dejan took time out of his busy day to look. My immediate impression was that this man knows his way around a vehicle inside and out. He carefully combed over the van allthewhile rattling off issues to keep an eye on. He concluded our van was good to go for the trip. Much relieved we started to climb back in when it occurred to us that we hadn't paid. Dejan had already returned to the building. I ran after him and pointed out our omission when he smiled and said, that he is glad to help. There would be no charge. Who does that? What a great guy! What a great shop!
The conclusion: a week later we dropped in at our home mechanic which confirmed Dejan was spot on with everything. Thank you again guys!”
“Not sure why the bad reviews! Friendly, fair, really cares, doesn’t try to rip you off! My car died at a red light on Saturday, State Farm dispatched Highland towing. They jumped the car and got it running and by Monday, I had a brand new battery! They checked the alternator and starter and other components to make sure everything else was good and even installed a new tail light very cost-effectively while I was checking out! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!”
“The whole staff were out of office tending to an emergency in the metro parks. Waited in the parking lot 5-6 hours until night shift worker pulled in. He went many extra miles to figure out how to release our car back to us, even tho it was out of his scope of practice.”
