“Called into the store this morning and talked with Chuck. He took his time with me in answering my questions that I wasn't even sure what I was asking when it comes to car issues. He walked me through my possible issue and then pointed me to a very fair place to get what I need looked at possibly. I felt heard for once and guided towards a resolution in the end. Thank you for your kindness and just taking time to make me feel heard without saying you need to take care of something else.”

“These guys are so helpful. Had a battery short out. We're long time customers of Interstate and always go there. Always learn something about batteries. This time was for our starting bank of batteries in our boat. Manager is a great guy!”

“I never have had any complaints here. Whenever my car won’t start, this is usually my first stop. They test for free and let me know if it’s my battery or if I need to take it to a shop. Got a battery the same day and they even installed it for free. Great service, friendly staff and got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!”

“Dave the district manager and Jason the store manager really helped me out. I have a 6.7 Powerstroke. I had to get two batteries late on a Sunday. They didn’t have matching AGM batteries, so I went with the flooded acid. Not a huge deal. Well, it was. I have a short commute to work and they would die leaving me to have to user my jump box. 2 months later I reached out to corporate about my issue. I spoke Dave and then Jason. They exchanged my batts as a warranty and I paid the difference for Optima Red Top AGM batts. What a relief. If I told my wife I had to spend another $600, after already paying $500, she might have left me. Big thanks to these guys and O’Reilly’s!”

“Thanks to Donna! Was looking for an H11 headlight and I wanted the enexpensive brand that was not on the peg so she went and got one from the back. Very friendly and helpful and the store, as always, was neat and clean! I may be partial to my Irish roots but O'Reilly is always my 1st stop to my automotive needs!”
