He walked me through my possible issue and then pointed me to a very fair place to get what I need looked at possibly. I felt heard for once and guided towards a resolution in the end. “Dave the district manager and Jason the store manager really helped me out. I have a 6.7 Powerstroke. I had to get two batteries late on a Sunday. They didn’t have matching AGM batteries, so I went with the flooded acid. Not a huge deal. Well, it was. I have a short commute to work and they would die leaving me to have to user my jump box. 2 months later I reached out to corporate about my issue. I spoke Dave and then Jason. They exchanged my batts as a warranty and I paid the difference for Optima Red Top AGM batts. What a relief. If I told my wife I had to spend another $600, after already paying $500, she might have left me. Big thanks to these guys and O’Reilly’s!”

“I called their location on Central Ave and they were out of my car battery. The young man checked the Reynolds Rd location and they had them in stock. I called them and they were ready for me when I pulled in. The store manager was so polite and friendly and was very helpful!! I will recommend them to everyone I know. Price was excellent!!”

“Very knowledgeable staff. Ordered online you get 10% of but for some reason it didn't take however when I there to pickup they gave me the 10% credit. They also gave me a $10.00 rebate coupon EACH when I got their on Duracell & X 2 POWER..VERY PROFESSIONAL
The review that I put out March 12, 2026 at about 5:44 PM I rated at a 3, However they posted my review from five years ago which I gave them five star “very unethical” The reason I did not give them a five star this time is because I got multiple discount coupons for either 15% or 18% maximum discount was $30 which I’m fine with but that’s not what the deal was I bought $850 worth of batteries and never got my 15 or 18% off if you’re gonna put a coupon with the discount percent then honor it don’t play games”
“Brittany helped me out a lot. I guess the vehicle my woman bought before I met her, they swapped the engine. Had to get a radiator for it but didnt match the vin. Was able to search the computer and match it up just by looks. Didn't take too long. thank you!!”
“My husband dusty had a wonderful experience today the day after thanksgiving. We were leaving to return home on a 7 hour car ride and his battery was dead . After going to another auto shop ( AZ) and had bad experience , he had the most wonderful experience with lauren and her manager. they were waiting for him when he arrived and they were very fast and kind to him. He was very impressed !”
