He went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase was satisfied. Austin is a Verizon representative that works for Best Buy at Spring Meadows. He went out of his way to contact corporate to ensure that they were aware that we didn’t receive our promotion. He’s been fighting this fight for us for six months.
