He was able to diagnose my computers problem in a day. After finding out what was wrong we talked about it for a little bit and I decided to buy a used computer he had there and ready to go. Then he transferred all my files from my old computer to the newer one.
Got home with it plugged everything in and everything was there and working great!

I bought a used Windows 11 laptop. It arrived on schedule and it was fully functional to spec. The only problem I discovered within the 1st 3 days is the battery would not hold a charge. I notified them and they ordered a new battery and sent it to me at their cost. It has now been over 8 months of use and it is still working GREAT. I will look here first when time comes for my next purchase.”
“Took my daughters phone in because the screen went out. After reviewing my account, they sent me to T-Mobile my provider because I have warranty protection. They could’ve just taken my money and fixed it, but they did not do that.. I had to go back to the store so they could help me reset the phone to factory in order to buy a new phone.
