“They have great pricing on their lawn and garden and a nice clearance rack! Staff is very friendly also. Had 1 issue with a young cashier that didn't seem to want to come out of her AC booth so she handed me the scan gun and I did it all myself! Should get a discount for doing their job I don't work there! But it did not deter me from shopping there again.”
“We occasionally have things we can donate and have, a few of times, found chairs, tables, cabinets, and doors that were ideal for projects. A great place to check out once in a while and certainly a great place to make donations of useful things as opposed to wastefully trashing them.”

That's one area where my wife and I aren't too knowledgeable, and Al really took the time to help us understand what we need for a couple of different projects we have going on. Got us what we needed and didn't try to upsell what we didn't need.”

The only minor issue I have is that sometimes it's hard to find a person to help you. But when you do they know exactly what you need.”

Jean made sure that we knew about the extended warranty option. She even checked our neighbor rewards and found that we had a free same-day delivery option which saved us a ton of time and hassle. All in all, it was a great buying experience.”
“I come here all the time for pretty much all of my needs. This location is close to my home so I frequent it as much as I can. I worked for Lowe's so I used to prefer them but with my location, the depot satisfies my needs quite well.”

I'm leaving the below in because there was a level of frustration on how this happened and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. This is a mobile app or online order issue. YOU MUST SELECT DELIVERY FOR EVERY ITEM INDIVIDUALLY. I did not know this. I cancelled my order and then did a redo and my delivery is scheduled for ALL items.
Original issue:
Not sure what happened. Placed order using mobile app for delivery. However, got text saying ready for pickup. App shows ready for pickup for all items but one item for delivery. Called store and told that's odd and she did say everything would be delivered but then another text saying ready for pickup. I cancelled everything. I'm at work and could not go in. I'll go in tomorrow and discuss with management what happened and maybe get back on track. 3 star is just a marker for now because I prefer Lowe's and this order failed miserablely. I paid for deli of all items so not sure what happened.”
“Good place to go to get what you need. However people bring more than just their legit service animals here. I have seen people bring their emotional support animals here and they are not trained properly to behave.”

“I went to another large home improvement store looking for door and window molding. I knew what I was looking for - the most common trim used in older homes. I spent 20 minutes in the molding section and left with nothing. It was difficult to even determine what they had because of the lack of organization and labeling. THEN I WENT TO LOWES! ? The molding section was neatly organized with similar slots as the other place, but everything was in its place, from narrower widths to wider. The labels were on every slot with small drawings and photos of the items and the dimensions in clear, large type. Bravo!”
