“This review is a combination of the many times I have been here and today's visit. As many reviews have stated, excellent sandwiches at reasonable prices. I almost always get the same sandwich Jim's Favorite. Today's was the worst one I have had from here in 7+ years. Typically when eating both halves, there is meat and other ingredients all the way through. Half way through both halves nothing but bread. It almost appeared to be 1/2 the Cajun turkey and other ingredients. Will still go back, but was disappointed today.”

“A great small town IGA, the prices are a bit higher than some of the big city competitors, but the variety and quality of the meats from the deli and meat counter can't be compared. The bakery and barbeque are top notch and they offer catering as well! Great place to shop.”
“Nice People they know how to move a crowd I was in the wasn't sure if I were going to play a number or how on a card because I don't do it often. You the configuration.... I had the numbers written down more folks gathered behind me next thing I know there were like 6 people and me. So he took my numbers put them on a new card his co- Worker slid over and handled the rush I just apologized to the folks they were cool and everyone was happy. Whenever I've asked anything of them about a product or if i was searching for a specific item, they really try to give u the correct information or will make the effort 2 find out for you and the manager was working at the cash register & even discounted an item for me due to damage when hadn't even asked them to. it was the last one so I was buying it anyway! I really didn't mind either the damage didn't hurt what was on the inside of it! Lol! It was a kind gesture though so u see they were also very thoughtful was my point.”
“I recently had a wonderful experience at Dollar General in Minerva, Ohio, that I just have to share. After a fantastic band performance in the area, my friends and I were looking for a quick, convenient stop to grab some refreshments. “I really think district managers need to hire men to do the truck. Do they not realize how heavy that is. We used to do it at night because customers complained that merchandise was not out or in the way.

The girls are nice, and I think it needs cleaned up a little. Bathrooms are not good, but the public do it to them too.
It is very cluttered but has a lot out in some stores. Handicap accessible entrance and parking. I gave the stars to the girls .”
“100% satisfaction! In all reality the whole staff in the drive thru and the store are knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. If one side doesn't have what you need it is brought over from the other side. Even a drive up window on the store side for even more personalized service without having to get out of the car!”

“Marc's in Alliance, Ohio is my go-to spot for all my shopping needs! The store is always well-stocked with great deals, and I love that I can find everything from groceries to home goods in one place. The staff is friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience smooth every time. The prices are unbeatable, especially in the closeout section. However this place only has self checkout, plus in the spot they put it, it's very difficult to unload and load groceries, and sadly there are only two of them so you have to wait in line for self check out, while there're two staff members perfectly capable of running two checkouts just standing around awkwardly. Not their fault though it's the person who came up with that idiotic idea. Other than that, this place is a great place to go shopping.”
