“Last night we got the call no family ever wants to receive. My little brother was in an accident on his way home from college, and his truck was totaled.
In the middle of all that chaos, Zavier the tow truck driver was truly a blessing. He helped calm my brother down, got his truck safely to the tow lot, and made sure he had somewhere safe to stay for the night since we were over 8 hours away.

“I broke down just south of Anna, OH. My Crown Vic was making a very loud popping sound from the top of the engine. I got my car towed to Chris Cook's. We were 2 hours away from home and stranded. As soon as my car rolled off the rollback, he was out looking at it. We got there at 3:45 and they had me back on the road by 5:00 PM! Turns out my car had ejected a spark plug out the top of the engine. Quick diagnosis and solid fix! He drilled out the block and added a threaded insert, installed a new spark plug, and a new coil pack. The vic runs as good as ever and they even changed my rear diff fluid while i waited!
Thank you Chris Cook's garage! You guys made a bad day a whole lot better!

“I had a nail in my tire and it was completely flat. Took my car to Tire Discounters and they said it wasn’t fixable and I needed a whole new tire, and quoted me almost $400 and also couldn’t do it until the following day. I called Broadway and spoke with Link, he told me to stop by and he’d take a look. He had the tire patched, aired up, and back on my car within 30 mins.
