βStopped in this morning with exhaust leak. He got me right in. He cut leak out and welded new pipe where joint was and installed new flowmaster 40 in about 30 mins for fair price. Awesome people and service. Will recommend to others!! Thanks!β

βI would highly recommend Bensman Automotive! My family and I were on our way from Cincinnati to Cedar Point when our alternative went out. We found Bensman and pulled in. They were SO nice and reassuring that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road for our vacation as soon as possible. βLast night we got the call no family ever wants to receive. My little brother was in an accident on his way home from college, and his truck was totaled.
In the middle of all that chaos, Zavier the tow truck driver was truly a blessing. He helped calm my brother down, got his truck safely to the tow lot, and made sure he had somewhere safe to stay for the night since we were over 8 hours away.
We canβt thank him enough for taking care of him when we couldnβt be there. People like Zavier make the hardest moments a little easier, and we are incredibly grateful.β
βIf I could give 10 STARS, I would!! My daughter and I were driving from Florida to Michigan to take her to college and her engine light came on. We just bought this car too! So we happen to pick a random advance auto parts and check the sensor. Get the code, look it up and says don't drive far on it!! I look next door and there is a mechanic shop and I thought, worth an ask? SO GLAD I DID! Without question, He popped open the hood and looked for us, saw the problem, replaced a spark plug that was fried and done. Gave us good tips about this type of engine to care for. What a lifesaver. Everyone there was so amazing and he saved our roadtrip! Thank you so much!!β

βI am very pleased with the work on my semi amd how quickly it was done. waiting on parts to be delivered took longer. I especially was impressed with being shown what was done visually and everything pointed out. And that the issue was fixed. The shop manager is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time needed from the time it's brought to the shop til the time to take it. Communication was never a issue. βSent my 2020 gladiator to them ( had 3 codes on dash) great people and honest told me it was best to take to jeep dealer and didn't charge for the diagnostic on it which was 15 to 20 codes. I also sent my 2012 jeep to them and now runs like a new no problems since no engine lights no oil leak.i will use them againβ
βTook my car in for what I thought was my brakes grinding. And they checked it out didn't find any problems. But did notice my serpentine belt was worn and replaced it for a reasonable price.β

βI have been dealing with Floras for over 20 years. Will go no where else to buy a mower. They will fit you with what you want, prices have always been better than other places. The service is outstanding and the employees are great and very friendly. Very clean place to go.Been in a pinch a few times and they have been very accommodating. βI was hauling a trailer for work. I was on a time-sensitive job And the truck broke down just outside of Sidney. I was able to get it there. I told them the problem, they told me to drop the trailer and I no sooner had the trailer dropped and and they were already driving the truck into the shop. I only had to wait because they didn’t have the part in stock, but they got them there as soon as they could.
While I waited, the girl at the counter (whose name I don’t recall) kept me updated on the status of the job and treated me better than most servers do at restaurants. Even offering to have someone who works there take me to get something to eat for lunch.
I can’t thank the staff enough for taking care of me and treating me so graciously and working so quickly to get me back on the road. You hear so much negative about auto shops…this location goes above and beyond.β

βI broke down just south of Anna, OH. My Crown Vic was making a very loud popping sound from the top of the engine. I got my car towed to Chris Cook's. We were 2 hours away from home and stranded. As soon as my car rolled off the rollback, he was out looking at it. We got there at 3:45 and they had me back on the road by 5:00 PM! Turns out my car had ejected a spark plug out the top of the engine. Quick diagnosis and solid fix! He drilled out the block and added a threaded insert, installed a new spark plug, and a new coil pack. The vic runs as good as ever and they even changed my rear diff fluid while i waited!
Thank you Chris Cook's garage! You guys made a bad day a whole lot better!

βBrake noise in the rear of my car, left it for the afternoon. When I returned he said no charge. He cleaned the rear brakes, blew out the dust etc. totally surprised me (free). Gave him some money, which he tried to refuse. My go to guy from now on.β

βWas referred from a buddy of mine and he said he wouldn't have anybody else work on Transmissions except for Davis Transmissions so I took my 2017 Chevy Silverado four-wheel drive there with a bad shutter and John did a diagnosis and told me it needed a whole new transmission and torque converter they did a great job by replacing it all and gives a 2-year parts and labor warranty so grateful for them and appreciate the job they did thanks again Johnβ
