“Made a stop at the Flying J Travel Center in Hubbard, Ohio and this location absolutely deserves 5 stars. One thing that immediately stands out here is how incredibly CLEAN everything is. Clean parking lot, clean fuel islands, clean bathrooms, clean showers, and a clean store from front to back. For drivers and travelers spending long hours on the road, that level of cleanliness matters more than people realize, and this Flying J clearly takes pride in maintaining the property.
The restrooms were spotless and smelled fresh, which is honestly rare at many busy travel centers. The showers were extremely clean and well maintained, with hot water, good pressure, and enough space to actually relax after a long drive. You can tell the employees work hard to keep this place looking good throughout the day because everything stayed organized and stocked even during busy hours.
The fuel lanes were efficient and easy to get through, parking was plentiful, and the entire location felt safe and comfortable. Inside the store there was a huge selection of drinks, snacks, travel essentials, and hot food. The coffee area was very clean and fully stocked as well. Staff members were friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely care about customer service.
For truck drivers running I-80 or anyone traveling through Ohio, this is definitely one of the better Flying J locations to stop at. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN from top to bottom, which is exactly what travelers want after being on the road all day. Highly recommend this location and will absolutely stop here again. 5 stars without hesitation.”
