From the start they had my best interest at heart when thoroughly checking each vehicle and making sure it would be a wise purchase for me. “Shout out to Rachel at the W Dorothy Lane My USA Credit Union for OUTSTANDING service! I went to this location with a problem involving multiple accounts. I met Rachel who took the time to look up the records, patiently explain the differences in the multiple accounts, provided cards identifying each account number and what deposits and auto bill payments each account covered. She took care of everything with a smile and exuded professionalism, empathy, and positivity. This is the best customer service I have received in a very long time.
