“The employees were helpful and professional. There are many unique products there ranging from Frosty Root Beer to puzzles. Most things were a fair price, some things were a value but like most of these general type stores, there were a few "gotcha" items that were over priced. All in all, a nice store. I will return.”

“Big Lots is an interesting place to shop. Not a bad place to start if you need something specific, just to see if they have it, as the prices are usually a bargain. I can usually find a few organic staples after a little stroll through the food department and a household goods search usually leads to a few great items for my kitchen. The aisles aren't too difficult to maneuver for my husband's travel wheelchair, which is nice, because he loves perusing the aisles for things we might need as well. All in all, Big Lots is a great place to search for bargains.”

“Customer service is pretty good but they've moved to silly self checkout to help combat low salary walkout situations where employees quit they can still operate. The majority of the goods are alibaba and aliexpress products. Think temu but an actual store.”

“The price is still $1 for each item so far. They will raise the price by a quarter each item on Feb.6, 2022 for almost everything except cards and some candies. It's a small place and often gets crowded but with good selections of toys, cards, art and craft supplies, kitchen and cleaning products and etc. Their art and craft stuff are way cheaper than the Hobby & Lobby nextdoor. If you are a craft & art lover, don't gorget to shop there before heading to Hobby & Lobby nextdoor. You can check their new items on Fridays or Saturdays because their truck comes every Friday for delivery. However, they don't allow return or refund. After the price changes to $1.25, we probably will shop more at the dollar section at the nearby Target to get the small toys for the kids at $1 each where they also accept returns.”

“To me they got way better stuff than Krazy bins all day!! They were crowded too! ppl was throwing stuff in they carts like crazy!! Most ppl come to buy stuff to resale it for more money! My student told me about it so I figured I checkedm out! I went Saturday morning which was there $10 day. You can get a good deal here! Saturdays is there restock day! Bins where packed! They had some good useful item still in and out of boxes. I grabbed a couple things surprisingly lol. You gotta check it out!”

Food, beverages and other household products take up most of the space in the store making this the "convenience" part of the shopping experience.”

“I typically don't leave reviews but this last expirience was one I thought I'd share. We ordered a couch from here and we're to get next day delivery. On the day of delivery we were informed they only had two right sides of the couch ( instead of a left and a right). Unfortunate given the man working said he double checked for us. We get a refund instead of waiting for next delivery and order a new couch. We went with next day delivery again through their 3rd party delivery service ( paying more). This whole process was a mess and long story short would not be delivered as for many other customers.Through this whole process of getting frusturated and bad news again and again, the manager Sam, had worked with us and tried her best to give us the best solution possible. We appreciated the help during this frusturating time for both parties.”

“I have always loved Gabe’s. It’s a great store that always has great finds. I went in the Fairlawn location moments before closing and the staff still gave excellent customer service. Although I had to rush, I wasn’t rushed by the staff. Even at the end of the day everyone was friendly and pleasant. Great service is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely return to Gabe’s and it remains one of my favorite places to shop.”

“I only went in for some pop, but it was early morning so I figured I'd be nice and get the dogs some real treats, and they have a big selection of bones and filled bones some small to very large ones and some other flavored stick treats and so I had enough to buy the Birdy's some treats also a very different verity's of flavors for them to.
