Discount Drug Mart is a friendly, neighborhood store serving Ohio for over 50 years. The store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and has plenty of cashiers. Customers report that the staff provides exceptional, kind-hearted, and helpful service, with employees often going above and beyond to assist. This includes helping find products, calling other locations, and providing personal shopping assistance. The store reliably has what people need, saving them a lot of running around. It is a highly recommended place known for its amazing customer service.
This store is one of my favorites. It's always clean and well-organized and I'd like to give a shout out to Jacob. A couple of weeks ago during a busy evening my receipt was so long that the printer couldn't handle it, but he was unflappable and had no problem getting it fixed and reprinted.
