“Today I visited the UPS store cuz I had to fax some papers I walked into the store and was greeted automatically by Camryn and Chad the experience I had today was great they both were very helpful very polite very professional and they seem to care about their customers which you don't see that everyday they were helpful in letting me know the pricing and the details of the purchases I will definitely go back to the UPS Store on State Road in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio because I love and like the personalities of Camryn and Chad they are two outgoing employees I have ever seen in a customer service facility I would recommend going to them. Overall great experience and visit.”
“My business rented an office there from 2011 until 2019. My experience with them was awesome. The rent was appropriate and whenever issues arose they were always dealt with promptly. If I needed help with making physical changes they were there to help. Since I needed to close the office I have maintained a mailbox there and they continue to be helpful and courteous.”

“I went in to return an amazon package (which amazon sent in the manufacturer box) and apparently amazon won't accept it in the manufacturer box. So the store manager Chad worked with me and helped me call Amazon so they would pay for the shipping so I wouldn't have to. He gave me the number, talked me through the process and was so patient and kind. Great customer service! Thank you Chad!”
