“I shipped a couple packages from there & thought they were shipped Fed Ex. I couldn’t find the tracking number & went back to see what happened & was treated very rudely by the gentleman working there. Luckily the owner Scott was on video talking to someone else & heard our conversation & could go back & watch the whole thing & fired the employee for the way I was treated. Scott also showed up at my door to apologize & tell me it was shipped UPS not FedEx which is why I couldn’t find it. What a wonderful thing for an owner to do. I will definitely be going back! “Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”

“I went in August 2, 2026 to ship 2 packages, one boxed and labeled, and one that needed a label and packaged. I felt bad as it was 10 minutes before closing, but the man who assisted me was efficient and professional. I just wanted to leave a quick review on here saying thank you for being so kind right at the end of the day.
Also, to everyone complaining about their Amazon returns sign, y'all are crazy. It's not too much to ask for you to have your return codes ready instead of holding up a line while you learn to use a cell phone.”
