Came in very late in the day to ship out an old game system to my buddy in California, Brent was very helpful and even got it packed and shipped before the driver left.

I've been here about a bazillion times. The Amazon return process is blindingly fast. When I have a labeled package to send, it's a drop and go. Staff come out promptly when I come in and have been unfailingly helpful and polite. I'll keep going there!
