“I am so glad that you guys bought out Marathon. That place was horrible, it had poor service and it was disgusting ?. Now ever since you guys have been there it's so clean and the service is so much better.. Every time I go in I always see a smile on the cashier face and they are so friendly, they make you feel welcome there... Plus the gas prices are always the lowest compared to everyone else... I would highly recommend to everybody to go to shell gas station anytime and any day... I really appreciate you taking care of your customers in a respectful well mannered way... thank you so very much.. Cassie Jamison”

“stopped in to prepay for gas... man at the counter held the door for me and was super nice and friendly at the register. Accidentally prepaid too much and he cracked a joke when I came back in about how he owes me some money. First gas station I've ever been to that I left happier than I was when i arrived. Pumps and the store were in great condition and everything was very clean and nice. 5/5 recommend.”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
