Mark got my car in the very next morning. He was very understanding and helpful in my situation. He also did not try to take advantage of the situation and cost me an arm and leg. “I think these are the people that used to be next to the skate ring seem to be very friendly and parts are priced below competition. So I had them order me a heater core for my car and it didn't fit...even though I already opened it and tried to use it they returned it. This happened on Christmas eve, anyways John I'm assuming and his daughter still tried to help me figure out what to do since the part wouldn't work knowing they were not gonna make a sale at this time all I'm saying is I'm grateful for polite people. So often people are just out to make a buck I didn't feel that way at all from these guys. Thanks again for your help. By the way I figured the issue out that manufacturer just sent the wrong part got a new one and it fit.”

We finally found a good machanic Greg's had to be the one to deliver us the bad new that the other shop had taken advantage of us an replaced parts that didn't need replaced an also didnt use the right parts for that vehicle so we had to spend even more money to get it fixed but haven't had any issues since taking it to Greg's an its drives like new since we took it to their shop so we will only be taking vehicles to Gregg's from now on ?”

“We were traveling from Indiana to Delaware on Rt. 30 when we experienced a sudden loss of pressure in one of our tires. We exited the highway into Galion and found Schieber's Auto Care where we hoped to get a quick repair. Unfortunately, our tire sidewall was damaged and despite Scheiber's attempt to find a replacement from their stock, we were unable to find a good matching tire to get us on the road. But their technicians offered to change our spare and did so at no cost. Nicest guys and so helpful. It convinces me that Schieber's is customer-oriented and has their customer's best interest in mind, despite the circumstances. Great people and we're so thankful.”

“I was in need of a set of Mastercraft 10 ply tires I'm from out of state so I had my wife call around, so that the attendante wouldn't see our plates, and everybody was within $75 on a set. Something about this shop caught My wife's attention so she ordered the tires had an appointment 2 Days Later. They got the truck in on time did a thorough check on all of our fluids my wife asked him to check out the front end and there wasn't anything wrong with it, and they didn't try to sell her anything that she didn't need. They're very courteous down to earth and treated you like you were a neighbor. These people have been in business for a long time and there's a reason for that I would highly recommend this shop to anybody that needs tires. Thank you for treating my wife well. A lot of automotive service centers treat women like they're stupid this is not one of those places”
