“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”
“Rick and Mike in service are always fabulous to work with. Rick really came through this weekend. Friday, my car started to make a whirling noise when I took my foot off the gas. I talked to Rick and dropped my car off Saturday morning not expecting any work to be done for a few days. I get a text Saturday afternoon that the work was done. Rick knew I was going to the playoff game so he knew I would not be able to pick it up. I came and picked up the car this morning. He told me there was a cancelation Saturday, so he was able to get the car services, and the extended warranty covered it. I highly recommend Rick and Mike and the Motorcars Volvo service department.”

“Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way.

“I broke my leaf springs. I overloaded my trailer. I drove out to JTI. They had everything I needed. Plus the prices are reasonable. I've been going here many of years. I bought a trailer from them, 9years back in 2015 I believe. I still have that trailer today. I had my trailer gate fixed and welded, purchased hubs, they repaired an axle for me that I broke. No fault of theirs. I bought wheels here for my trailer. If you need some work done I believe you still have to make an appointment they are pretty busy. At the time when I needed work done they were about 2 weeks to a month out. But if you go here you won't go wrong. I've never had a problem with JTI. If you need anything done with your trailer I recommend JTI”

“I came here on Monday told them I needed a new bumper and grill. They instantly ordered the parts and asked when I was available to get it fixed. Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. “I can not thank this man enough! I had a scratch on the front of my car from another car clipping me in a parking lot. I came in for a quote and he buffed it out right there. I wasn't even there for 10 minutes and the scratch was gone and told me have a great day! Wouldn't even accept the 20 dollars I tried to give him for the work he'd done! Exceptional human. He is not out to gouge people. He's honest. I was so relieved because A touch of class auto body down the street wanted $880.00 to do what he did. I will tell everyone about Parma Auto Body! “I can't help but post about the negative review left by negative Hermione. She left the car whilst out of town for a week in order to replace a hood and grill. Hood was on a month long backorder. Gave car back untouched since it was not possible to do the work. Cost of repair was zero dollars and had the nerve to leave a bad review.”

“I was able to get a good fare honest opinion about my vintage battery also was pointed in the direction of replacing it with the company that does vintage batteries for my car they charged me only $10 to do a complete check of my battery and recharging it to see if it would hold and it did not so we got a new one so keep up the good work we were recommended to Kirk's battery from Al's service in Parma.”

Nice to be able to go to a store and browse around and staff willing to answer your questions if ya have one. Just wish I could afford more of what they have. But that's just more work on my end.”
“They are a great group of guys over there. I can’t say enough good things about them. I was referred to them by my mechanic. It was a pretty simple fix for the hinges on my trunk and they went above and beyond and did an amazing job. They even touched up a little ding in my side door and fixed a loose panel by the bumper without saying a word about it. I planned on getting it detailed when I got it back but they cleaned it inside and out and polished the wheels.
I went from Parma to Macedonia to find this place and I will not go anywhere else. There are probably 50 shops closer and I will drive past them to go to Highland every time.
