“Battery light came on in our car so we drove it to Advance Auto Parts to get the system tested. Their test showed that it was a problem with the alternator, so we purchased a new alternator from the store.
After purchasing the new alternator, the general manager (Jason) told us to return with the old alternator after we replaced it. He wanted to see if there was any sign that the old alternator was purchased from them and possibly give us a break on the cost of the new one.
Following his instructions, we returned the old alternator to the store and Jason was indeed able to help us. Overall, Jason and his fellow employees treated us kindly and professionally and helped to make a stressful situation much easier.”

There was another guy there to who worked in the service department who was awesome as well! These guy diagnosed my problem and picked through my truck with a fine tooth comb and were spot own through everything, the whole time and that Jesse is one determined guy who cares about his customers and will not let you down, Dan and Jesse are two of the most genuine guys I have ever met in a truck repair shop, both are brutally honest and care about the services at Rush!
