My second day in the park was unexpectedly beautiful weather and I woke up wanting to bike the Towpath (I hiked the major trails the day before). So I just dropped into the shop around noon to inquire about availability--all the e-bikes were rented but Pedego had some standard bikes I could choose from, which was perfect. The nicest man helped get me all squared away (incl. a free helmet rental) and ten minutes later I was following his directions to the best day on the Towpath. I returned three hours later, had a smooth checkout, and was out the door.
