“I went to get my first custom tuxedo from Self-Made Couture, and although I've heard great things about this company and I have seen their work, my experience completely exceeded my expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, skilled and had a true passion and love for their craft. This place had a great atmosphere and it seems like the suit/tux customization options were limitless to truly create a 1 of 1 tuxedo. I will be back soon for more custom suits and will be referring my friends there as well. Overall amazing experience!”
“Went in for incense, left with new everything. From their hand-crafted soaps to blankets, I have not found another store of its type with better sourced goods. It's a great place to buy gifts, revamp wardrobe and home decor at a great price. If you have any questions about anything the staff will provide the most thorough answers. Love this space.”

I have had several bespoke pieces made before and was looking to have another suit and shirt made for a special occasion. I looked around at several Cleveland stores and decided to go in on a Friday afternoon to see what Christophier had available. In between several other walk-in clients I was immediately accommodated. Maurice Jr. took almost an hour just to figure out what I was interested in. There are no flashy sales gimmicks here. He truly want's you to look the best you can in the style you want. We went through dozens of swatches to come up with my new clothes and they went to work making it. It took about 8 weeks and was reasonably priced for the intense amount of detail. At the first fitting it fit almost perfect off just the measurements. They had it tailored in the shoulders, waist, and pant cuffs (about 0.25-0.5 inches in each place) within 48 hours and I got called back in for my final fitting. The clothes, shoes, ties, and fragrances are all great here but Maurice's service sets them apart. Thank you to anyone that read this long review, but I'm a lifelong customer now and recommend anyone interested in high-quality clothes from a locally owned business to see Christophier Custom Clothiers.”

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

You never know what you'll find here but trust, you will find something you like. On the border of Cleveland and Lakewood with good off-street parking and staff willing to help you find something perfect for you.”
“There are truly no words to accurately describe this boutique or the owner. The clothing is second to NONE and so is the OWNER! She keeps you looking AMAZING! She helps put your look together. Anything you need you can get at Dresscode! The space is beautiful. Her other customers quickly become your friends while shopping. There is peace in the building, so much so customers stay longer than just to buy her amazing pieces they start helping you shop, you just start conversations. I have never before felt that kind of amazing energy while shopping. Now that I have, she will forever be my first stop when I have any event, whether it be date night, concert, church whatever. She will be last stop too because I have NEVER had to search for another look somewhere else once going to Dresscode. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and go! You won’t be disappointed. What you get at Dresscode, you can’t get anywhere else. I’ve been shopping with her for years. The business is special because the owner is.”

“Exceptional! My son's pants were tailored to perfection. It's difficult to clothe a teen who is 6'5 while preserving his youth. They were patient understanding and shared thoughts and ideas. It was a great experience they treated us like family. I haven't been here is so many years used to come with my Dad and nothing has changed I appreciate the experience my son walked away with he wasn't scarred he can't stand clothes shopping that entails trying on but they made it simple and bearable.”

Adam, the store manager, was able to help me with my American passport photos as well as my Canadian passport photos when CVS, AAA, UPS, and others told me it could not be done. He is such a kind person and so very helpful and made sure everything was done correctly. He takes so much pride in his store and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The store is always clean and well taken care of. I recommend going here for anything you may need!!”
