Very slow and inefficient way to take deposits inside the branch. They still require you to fill a paper ticket and then are struggling reading those handwritten account numbers. I spent 20 minutes in a line of 2 other customers in front of me. Very disappointing ☹️

I made an appointment for 12:15pm and they close at 1pm on Saturday. Showed up on time only to find out that they have one person working and they double booked the same appointment. I waited 40 mins and ended up not having enough time for what I went there for in the first place.

Unlike any other PNC bank I’ve ever been to. The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Multiple employees standing around in an office chatting and no one helping me.
I hate that it’s near my work
