Very slow and inefficient way to take deposits inside the branch. They still require you to fill a paper ticket and then are struggling reading those handwritten account numbers. I spent 20 minutes in a line of 2 other customers in front of me. Very disappointing ☹️

The manager Suzan Meyers was wonderful in helping me with an issue I had with a check. She got the hold released immediately. I won't have to call the 800# for PNC anymore because Suzan can do anything ! Thank you!!

I always go to the ATM Machine & don't have to go inside to do any transactions. I'm pretty sure their customer service is great and excellent. :-)
