“Ended up with a flat tire in a parking lot. I called SO many companies (distance sort) before Ronnie was able to assist. I verified I had a spare tire, and he showed up. He changed the tire and saw it was a screw in my tire. He said if I wanted to save the tire, he had a shop nearby and could fix it up. Drove there, and sure enough, he and his associates fixed the tire and put the spare back. He saved my butt in a very unfamiliar part of town. Thanks!”

“Thought I needed a tow so I called and gave my location, and the driver arrived in 10 minutes. I asked him to try a jump-start before towing and he politely obliged. When that didn't work, we both thought it was the starter, so he knocked on the starter while I cranked the engine and it started up immediately. Charged $30 (well worth it) and I was able to drive home. (They previously quoted about $99 before tax for a 16 mile tow, also a good rate.) Most people don't review towing services, and when they do, they usually share only negative experiences. “They have always been fair and honest with our family. Tim, the owner, has been in the service business with his family for years in Garfield Heights. He will not just hang cheap parts on your vehicle just to say he fixed it. Very conscientious and will be fair with pricing the job. It's too bad people give reviews based on their anger like the one gentleman who had a bad experience with an employee. Employers, unfortunately can't be everywhere all of the time, That certainly is not their way of doing business. Really nice having a local place to go not corporate.”

“Came out to a flat tire, reluctantly ( due to long waits in the past )I contacted my roadside assistant services with my insurance provider and they sent Kufner.
I was immediately contacted via the app text then followed up with via live person texting to update me along the way.
The wait time was very short! ( glad I waited to I returned to my car to call) the entire process didn't take no more then 30 mins from the call to the arrival of the most kind, considerate driver in the world!
He took gentle car with me and my car. That's truly appreciated! Fast, efficient professional service.
He even moved my car to get to tire due to me being afraid to. He place the spare gently in trunk and reparked my car for me. He even told me where I can get the battery for my chirp! Thank you Kufner A1 service”

“This is an amazing tow yard with quality caring people! They answered my call early Mon which was great so I didn't have to worry because I wanted to see it. They told me what I needed to do for the release and are very organized with the keys etc!! I only have use of one hand after my accident and my ID, money, and hotel key fell out when I fumbled for my phone for the Uber. I was in a panic. They called and told me they found all of it on the driveway. I HIGHLY recommend their services!!”
