He will not just hang cheap parts on your vehicle just to say he fixed it. Very conscientious and will be fair with pricing the job. It's too bad people give reviews based on their anger like the one gentleman who had a bad experience with an employee. Employers, unfortunately can't be everywhere all of the time, That certainly is not their way of doing business. Really nice having a local place to go not corporate.”

“Thought I needed a tow so I called and gave my location, and the driver arrived in 10 minutes. I asked him to try a jump-start before towing and he politely obliged. When that didn't work, we both thought it was the starter, so he knocked on the starter while I cranked the engine and it started up immediately. Charged $30 (well worth it) and I was able to drive home. (They previously quoted about $99 before tax for a 16 mile tow, also a good rate.) Most people don't review towing services, and when they do, they usually share only negative experiences. “They saved they say for me today!I have Allstate Roadside but during rush hour and a blown out tire on 77S they cancelled every tow and roadside service I requested. I spent two hours stuck & talked to about 10 different people who all told me they couldn’t help.So I Google searched a local business Morgan’s was the first to answer and said they were on their way. The woman on the phone was so helpful and kind. When help arrived he was so quick and got my tire changed and before I knew it I was on my way! Their pricing was affordable especially in my time of need . I cannot recommend them enough.I live in Akron so it was scary to feel stuck far from home but Morgan’s took care of it! 12/10 stars!!!”

I finally had had enough and called a towing company directly. Their driver Jerome was there within 20mins. He was very help and kind after an absolutely horrible day.
