“I stopped here because I was falling asleep at the wheel and had to stop. I sure am glad I ended up here. It was quiet and peaceful. It's a wonderful stopping point. It's small and doesn't have a ton of amenities, but they have quiet parking, security (all kinds of cameras!!), showers, fuel, and a few snacks and trinkets. There will never be a lot lizard knocking. Even My dog was at peace here. At big truck stops she's hyper alert the whole time. I will absolutely stop here again. If you are there on the weekend, chat up the gal at the counter. She's a nice lady and doesn't mind us overly chatty truckers. ? She took good care of me. There's a bar next door where they serve breakfast all day so it's a win all the way around here.”

“The guys who work there are just the best! Always ready to help ya out! Was there this morning and couldn't get my card to work at the pump. They all came outside and had me back up to different pump and then started pumping my gas. I'm a senior who so enjoyed their over the top help today! Thanks guys! I go there always for my gas because of service and the cheapest gas in town! Never have problems with my car running on it. 😊”

“Big thanks to Tyler, Marquez, and Charles. I had a brake chamber issue late at night around 11pm, and they still helped me out and stayed extra time to fix it. Really appreciate the effort and support — great people to deal with!”

“They always have the cheapest gas, their vapes last longer, bathrooms aren't the greatest and I always have to go in and ask for a receipt as they are always out of paper at the machine.”

“Everything you could expect from a Shell Gas Station. Good snack and drink options and they had plenty of pumps available. Pump was quick and we were in and out quickly.”

“Been here 5 times in 3 days for gas, clean restrooms, friendly staff, choices on electrolyte water! New products all the time! Only gas station I'll spend my hard earned money on.”

“Marathon in Botkins Ohio. Love this place . Any time I have had a question or even needed help with my car these guys were so helpful . They were busy with auto other repairs and they still took the time to help. During their service hours. After hours t I have never had a pump issue their price is usually fair and I can trust them.”
1501 Saint Marys Avenue, Sidney OH 45365
“I think this gas station is better than the one two blocks away. It's cleaner, has a better selection and about the same price for gas. It's also quiet, so I can get in and out very quickly. It's a 4 star gas station.”

“I parkedy semi truck and trailer here for the night to get some sleep. I wasn't bothered by anyone and was pretty quiet. In the morning I saw a sign it said pay to park. That is my only issue. Places need to stop taking advantage of truck drivers. Either appreciate truck drivers or don't do anything at all for them.”
1515 North Main Avenue, Sidney OH 45365
“The staff are all really friendly at this store they're usually pretty well stocked. However they have someone who makes the morning sandwiches who I am convinced is blessed by the gods because I will try a sausage bacon croissant at other speedways but something about how he makes his sandwiches just Hits different. So definitely swing by some morning and see what I mean.”

“Probably the nicest cleanest marathon gas station in town. They have a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and food. Really good Hunt Brothers pizza too. You gotta try the breakfast pizza!”

“I get some of the reviews. However with Ohio almost closing all rest stops, this place is amazing. The bathrooms are presentable and I can get any item I may need as a trucker. Got this squishmallow and smokes. I recommend this place. They’ve always been super kind and friendly to me!”

“Was on a road trip with the motorcycle and got caught in a pretty wild storm stopped in here and the staff was super nice and helpful left me stay until close then gave me a poncho at the end to wait the storm out , thanks guys”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

The truck stop company will upgrade its stores through its Strategic Remodel Initiative, which started in 2022. Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
