“Wonderful seasonings, lunch meats even some without nitrates, cheeses, candies, fresh fruits and veggies in season, beautiful flowers, only thing I'm not sure I like it how finely ground hamburger is in frozen prepared dishes like meatloaf. It makes me think of spam. Everything else has been wonderful. They even have a case of frozen Whitts and sugar free malted milk balls.”

“Quiet environment. Almost feel like I'm in a library . Not complaining. Store is cramped at times, but it has a wide selection of basic daily necessities and food items. Very convenient to not have to deal with a ton of people like at Walmart . Parking lot is also small, but what can you do. Prices are very good here. They have a buy two get it for 5 instead of 2.80 each etc. Very convenient if you're around. It's a small store, so don't expect all your favorites to be stocked always if you come here often. Nice mini grocery store.”

“I am so impressed with the employees at that store, nice and helpful! I do most of my grocery shopping there and truly enjoy my interactions with most of the employees. The store is usually well stocked with a good selection and nice sales. It pays to use the app for shopping and if there’s an issue CS can typically take care of it. The only negative I can think of is the personal shoppers and stockers (that used to happen more at night pre-covid) that seem to be in the way a lot but otherwise a good experience. Thanks Heath Kroger employees!”

The gal that took my order was very nice & helpful. And...it was FABULOUS!!! “overwhelmed with all the clutter...no sense of organisation...shelves are in serious need of overhaul...never know what your gonna come across...they are in need of hiring a few more workers... the staff always seem overwhelms but still they will greet you coming in the store and when your departing they bid you farewell....took me way to long to shop and never did find what I was looking for...lil secret if I have their app u can get just about Smyth clearances as love as a penny..but you will have to work alittle..with that being said...i will go back more because it's convenient and cheap”

“Love this Giant Eagle, especially the fresh meat and seafood counter; the butchers are always very helpful. I've never had a problem having steaks,chops, etc. special cut, and LOVE the fact that they carry skinless salmon filets. “I absolutely love this place, I stop every morning on my way to work, on my way home and if I'm working in the area I stop for lunch to. They have the cleanest and nicest restrooms in thornville/along st Rte 70! And the staff are very friendly, and they put a smile on your face and give you a good laugh especially in the mornings I love the male cashier he starts my day with a laugh and the girls there are great! The manager is really friendly and nice, she is always available to speak to when you need something and if there is something you are looking for they don't have she will do her best to get it in for you. It doesn't matter what time of day you stop in they are all friendly and nice, and there are not many places around the area with people like them and especially at 5 am, most stores the cashiers are grump and you never see a manager but this store is on top of it! I can't say enough nice things about them, but I'm a lifetime regular there!!”
