“Always very helpful and friendly. I ride a motorcycle so oftwn i have a bit of gear or a bag. Never do i have any issues with these things either outside or with me in the store. I gave four stars instead of five because the one thing i dont care for is the constant stocking of shelves leaves little to no room to move around inside.”
“The in store made ham salad is the only one my likes. Meats are outstanding and finally found Bell View products there. Alway friendly and polite. Highly recommend”

“This Aldi seems to have a lot of stuff that the Aldi's in Coshocton Ohio doesn't. The store is very clean and their selection is great. I definitely recommend shopping here.”

“This is without a doubt in my mind the best place to order cakes for parties. I usually don't like grocery store bought cakes but Giant Eagle is the only exception. Just bought 3 dozen cupcakes for my daughter's graduation party Saturday and they were sadly all gone by Sunday morning because they were so good. The icing is so silky smooth and the perfect ratio to the amount of cake. The toasted marshmallow buttercream is subtle but very tasty. It takes exactly like a mix between a toasted marshmallow and buttered popcorn. These were a big hit at her party and left me craving more. I'll never go anywhere else and always recommend Giant Eagle bakery.”

“If you need a good cake for any occasion, go to Giant Eagle! The best cake I've ever bought at a grocery store! It was beautifully decorated, and cost about $5 more than other grocery store cakes, but WELL WORTH THE $5! Highly recommend!”
“Been going in here for years since its literally 1 minute from my house. New owners and their family are super nice and will go out of their way to stock items that their customers want. You do pay extra for convenience but what do you expect? This isnt Walmart.”

“Quick in and out. Offers last minute groceries. The way it's situated means it's always slammed for gas, which is unfortunate. Perfect lunch item is buffalo chicken wrap.”
“I go in often and they tolerate me. The staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. It is well stocked, has a great variety of items and is convenient. I'd much rather shop local than go to the bigger stores elsewhere and spend more for the same items.”

“I am so impressed with the employees at that store, nice and helpful! I do most of my grocery shopping there and truly enjoy my interactions with most of the employees. The store is usually well stocked with a good selection and nice sales. It pays to use the app for shopping and if there’s an issue CS can typically take care of it. The only negative I can think of is the personal shoppers and stockers (that used to happen more at night pre-covid) that seem to be in the way a lot but otherwise a good experience. Thanks Heath Kroger employees!”
“I accidentally left my ID at DG and was so relieved when they reached out to let me know they had it safely set aside for me. Their honesty and kindness meant a lot, and they made getting it back quick and easy. It's nice to know there are still businesses that look out for their customers. “Love the staff here ! My son dropped a candle today & even though I found an associate. She told me she had to go get maintenance. So then another OGP gal kinda stops & I’m talking to them & they were just two of the sweetest people. They assured me that it happens & even though (I know it was it an accident & where I work I’m normally the first one to step in & help a customer…) it was nice having that in return!! One of the gals was shopping a current order so she left but I had a great convo with the one that stayed behind with me. I felt so bad keeping her because the poor maintenance man was running behind lol we talked about our cars, candles, pets,etc. lol not how I expected my Easter morning to start but thank you for making it a story to look back & laugh about ?”

“The deli department made 11 food trays for my daughters baby shower and all of it was wonderful! Beautifully made! Everyone at the baby shower was so surprised when I told them that the food trays came from Kroger in Heath. They thought I hired a catering company. When I checked out at the register the young lady that put my trays into my cart helped me to the car and loaded the food trays into the car. She was so sweet! Thank you so much for a great experience! You have top notch employees! I wish I lived closer to this Kroger so I could shop here.”
“I been in this store many times and it's not only a trip Hazzard but a fire Hazzard with boxes on the floor everywhere. I hope the main office reads these comments and goesZand inspects themselves to see how unorganized this place is and gets it situated before someone gets hurt.”
“Great store, if you have an EV though don’t hope for a spot at one of their chargers. Lazy people who don’t want to walk will routinely park in them. I know how lazy people are from this area, I grew up with them.”

“The pharmacists are very helpful with answering questions about my meds, be it via phone or in person. If your insurance doesn't cover prescriptions, Kroger offers their own prescription discounts. Just ask for it. Only wish they would allow the entrance door at the pharmacy to be open so that we don't have to park further and walk to pick up our prescriptions. Walking is difficult for some of us. Other than that, I'm pretty much satisfied, which saves me from driving a few miles further for my prescriptions.”

“Nice little grocery. Was impressed by the fresh cut meats. Seen cuts of beef you normally don't see in grocery stores. Bought a loaf of their fresh honey oat bread and a muffin both amazing. Didn't buy anything from deli but prices were very reasonable. The outside of store doesn't look to inviting but it's worth the stop. The beef quality and prices are worth the 45 min drive . I'll go back.”
