“HONEST MECHANIC! Old school values which are hard to find these days. My mom is a senior citizen on a fixed income....so every dollar counts. Her car stalled during driving then wouldnt start...so we had it towed to Bars. Brian took a look at it and found the issue to be an inertia fuel line switch. The switch simply needed to be pushed for the car to start again. I never heard of such a switch....guess we can thank Ford for such a thing. The car is older and the switch tripped when my mom hit a pot hole. HE DIDNT CHARGE US FOR LOOKING AT IT, showed us the switch location, etc. Now we know what to do if it happens again. FOR SURE, BARS WILL BE THE FIRST PLACE SHE TAKES HER CAR TO IF SHE HAS ANOTHER ISSUE.”

“We were traveling to Johnstown to visit family. When we arrived We noticed that the deflecting panel underneath the engine was hanging just a few inches above the street. It was evening so I checked for service stations and found K-ceps nearby. I left a message to see if I could get an appointment the next morning. When I got there at 8:00, the service manager met me in the parking lot. He looked at the car and saw the deflector he said he had read the message and made some space in the morning schedule. By 10:00 the car was fixed. The job was not a major task, but it was sure a relief to have it fixed so quickly. He handed me the keys and told me to have a good day. I asked about the bill and he responded “No charge “ It’s apparent that this business puts the priority on people and helping them solve their automobile problems.”
