“I visited AutoZone today in Johnstown, Ohio and purchased front and rear wipers as well as Windshield Washer for my Acura MDX. One young man found the items I needed, checked me out and put one of the new wipers on my car for me, when a second young man came out and notified the First Gentleman that he was needed and he would take over for him. Both young men were outstanding. They both helped me tremendously and I could tell they both took pride in their jobs.
The second young man had an outstanding personality. I complimented him and let him know I appreciated him. His smile was contagious. He made sure I knew that he loved his job, he loved helping people and he hoped I would come back if I ever need anything at all. He was so kind I want to return very soon just to buy something else so I can experience that smile once again. I don’t know where AutoZone found these two young men, but I do know that whoever hired them sure knew a good thing when they saw it and I also know that I was a very lucky lady to have them helping me out today! ?”

“We were traveling to Johnstown to visit family. When we arrived We noticed that the deflecting panel underneath the engine was hanging just a few inches above the street. It was evening so I checked for service stations and found K-ceps nearby. I left a message to see if I could get an appointment the next morning. When I got there at 8:00, the service manager met me in the parking lot. He looked at the car and saw the deflector he said he had read the message and made some space in the morning schedule. By 10:00 the car was fixed. The job was not a major task, but it was sure a relief to have it fixed so quickly. He handed me the keys and told me to have a good day. I asked about the bill and he responded “No charge “ It’s apparent that this business puts the priority on people and helping them solve their automobile problems.”
