“Super fast service, nice staff, straight forward. Really recommend. I had called a couple of tow companies around and B&J price was about 40% cheaper than the other guys. I hope not to get stranded again, but if I do, I know who to call.”
“The guy who towed my daughters car was kind and went the extra mile. He called and asked a bunch of questions ahead of time and told us he would be there in 15 minutes and was there in less time than he told us. Then he even checked the car to see if he could get it started or diagnose it before he towed it. It was midnight and he had been working for hours and would still be working for hours longer and he showed up with a smile on his face and ready to do his job above and beyond what he was paid to do. I would be glad if elite was always the one AAA used and I never had to use another towing company again.”

“Great customer service. Called super late at night (way after closing) and they still answered the phone to assist me. Also came on time to pick up my car for towing after an accident today. Thank you.”
