“I was referred to Tri County Collision by Corcoran's Auto Repair, which is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. The repair was for my son's old 2005 Honda Civic, and Chris (owner) spend a considerable amount of time walking me through the options for repair. I found him unusually thorough, respectful, and mindful of costs. They were even able to work within our timetable, as he needed to get back to school out of state. I highly recommend this place!”
“The Advance Auto Parts store in Kent provides excellent customer service. Stopped by on a Saturday with an issue related to my car door that I needed a quick, temporary fix as it wasn't closing completely. I went in asking for help and to see if a staff person would come outside to take a look. The Store Manager (I believe his name is Antonio) immediately came to help, took a look at the door lock mechanism, and working together we were able to promptly solve the issue. The extraordinary commitment to going above and beyond to professionally, efficiently, rapidly and kindly respond to customer needs continues to ensure my loyalty to this location, as I've also had great experiences with other staff in Kent as well. “My battery was dead. After jumping it, I drove to a nearby autoparts store. They had the battery I needed for my 2014 Chevy Cruze but said they could not install it because it was too complicated. So I went to Autozone on Main St. in Kent and purchased a battery. It was installed by a young man named Christopher B. It took him less than five minutes. He also reattached my engine splash guard that was hanging down. I really appreciated the prompt and friendly service Christopher provided. I was able to make it to work on time. Thanks again Christopher!”
