“These guys are the best. Very professional and helpful. My Jeep looked amazing after hitting a deer. Exceptional quality of work. They even made the process simple. THEY called the rental company to pick me up when I dropped it off. THEY dealt with the insurance company. I would give them 20 stars if I could.”
“Service department went above and beyond. Went in for an oil change, mentioned a window was squeaking. Tech said he didn't have a service guy in who could take care of it but offered another appointment or to pair it with my next oil change.
Later when the car was done with the current oil change, tech said he inquired with a mechanic that was in and they took it upon themselves to fix it right then in there.
Appreciates them going above and beyond!”
“Jacob with the glasses was my Sales Representative. He was very very helpful and patient. When we took the car for a test drive and I heard a noise. He immediately went to service to get it fixed before I took it off the lot. He really took his time to make sure everything was right for me. He is a wonderful asset to your company who is very professional and humble”
“My daughter was in a collision where the front bumper and headlight assembly was ripped off her car after getting sideswiped. I spoke to Matt and he gave me extremely fair pricing since I was bringing in my own parts that I had found on Facebook marketplace from a matching vehicle.
I was expecting to have to wait a week or two to get the car back, but he worked me in and got it back super quick when they had a cancellation! They went out of their way to even remove some pinstriping from the replacement parts so that it matched the rest of the car. They buffed out the replacement headlights so that my daughter would be able to see better and they even Changed out a brake lightbulb for her. These guys went above and beyond And did an excellent job and saved us thousands of dollars.

“I was referred to Tri County Collision by Corcoran's Auto Repair, which is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. The repair was for my son's old 2005 Honda Civic, and Chris (owner) spend a considerable amount of time walking me through the options for repair. I found him unusually thorough, respectful, and mindful of costs. They were even able to work within our timetable, as he needed to get back to school out of state. I highly recommend this place!”
