My mail is delivered daily, my very conscientious and friendly carrier actually puts packages inside my storm door when applicable. I never asked him to. Her just does it because he cares.
I go to the post office often and the employees there have ALWAYS been very kind and helpful.
I praise them all for the work they do.

“I went this afternoon to replace my passport. I was leery about it after reading the reviews but I had made an appointment & It was too late in the day to get one anywhere else.
I arrived about 30 minutes early and walked in to find two windows open and no customers waiting. I was helped right away and both employees were very pleasant. It was a great experience. The quickest and easiest I’ve ever been able to take care of a passport issue.
I filled my application out online before arriving, printed it single sided & brought my docs & copies of them as described in the passport application instructions & waited to sign my application until they said to. A little preparedness may have gone a long way but they were super friendly so I don’t think it was just that.”
“Long lines and only 1 employee. They need help here. I just need to buy stamps and it's taking forever. They need a vending machine for stamp purchases. The employee here is working his tail off and is efficient.”
“I had to return an item I purchased off of the TikTok shop. I always hate the hassle of returning items so I often don’t to avoid the inconvenience but this item was a little pricey to not return. I took the item along with the QR code I received from the vendor and Charley assisted me. Charley was incredibly kind and helpful and I was in and out very quickly. It was such an easy process and Charley’s friendly demeanor and welcoming vibe made the process even better. Plus the building was absolutely beautiful on the inside”
