“I called in and told them I needed a larger unit they said they do offer 48 hrs to move into a larger unit. And since I got my unit during the free 2 month promotion my free month continues until the end of my original agreement. Then I just pay the new rates. Austyn showed me my upgrade options by letting me see the larger units instead of just telling me the sizes.”
“Our collective family has used their storage units on and off for several years now, due to various needs. They are reasonably priced, great customer service and great units. Definitely recommend if in need. The only downside is they've added a billing surcharge that I feel is unnecessary.”
