About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Kettering is a well-known brand recognized for its strong customer loyalty and reliable service. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff at the front desk, who greet guests warmly and provide clear explanations, making the check-in process smooth. The staff's helpfulness was highlighted when an employee assisted a customer in choosing the right vehicle for moving, demonstrating attentive service. Vickie’s quick and friendly assistance in locating a minivan after a rental mishap was also praised. However, some reviews mention the importance of reading the fine print, as extra charges can apply if the rental is extended beyond the initial agreement. Vehicle quality varies; some customers received well-maintained, clean cars, while others found the vehicles to be rough, dirty, or missing parts, raising concerns about the condition and reliability of some rentals. Overall, Avis in Kettering offers good customer service, but experiences with vehicle quality can differ.
