“I spoke with a very kind gentleman named Chris , when I first called Enterprise to inquire about renting a car for a day. Then when I picked up the car the next morning, the lovely KaLa took care of me. She was absolutely delightful! I met 2 other nice ladies but neglected to get their names unfortunately. I’ve rented cars numerous times in the past but this was my first time with Enterprise, which I have decided will be the only car rental company I will use from now on. And specifically, this location on Miamisburg Centerville Rd! P.S. The pricing is good also!”

“I have rented vans from them many times! They are fantastic and for those who need vans that are made for the disabled they go above and beyond the call of duty!! My sister and I are thinking of buying a van that is accessible and this place is the place to go for that too. They will do their best to even equip your van with what you need to make it accessible for you if they possibly can. They are amazing and I highly recommend them!!”
“Want to thank the Hanna the manager of this Hertz for helping me out of a precarious situation where I got a flat tire just north of Boston after hours, and she was able to help me resolve it in the morning by swapping for a new rental car in the Boston area. I was driving and all wheel drive Ford Explorer and it turns out if you lose one tire you have to replace all four since it’s all wheel drive. She was able to basically exchange cars for me with no penalties at a local hertz I was located near since I couldn’t really drive on the spare tire very far. Thanks!”

“Booked online. I was forewarned of a high demand due to online reservations and walkins. However, when my time slot arose (at the same time as an emergency) the staff worked with me on the last minute rental changes. My rental was still available, everyone was friendly, car was spotless and the drop off was smooth and simple. The vehicle itself did run a bit hard but otherwise, no issues.”
“I rented a Model 3 for my husband’s birthday. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. When I called, Dana helped me choose the best vehicle for my purposes. The online reservation process was easy. Dana had the vehicle ready to go, and was so patient and knowledgeable. The car was beautiful and drove like a dream. When we dropped it off, he spent time talking to us about the differences in the vehicles within their fleet. My husband had an awesome experience every step of the way. “After a miserable experience with a flat tire, hours on the phone with Avis roadside assistance, and zero help at the Dayton airport location (where we were directed to go by customer service), we were exhausted and frustrated. Thankfully, this location turned everything around and helped us immediately once we walked through the door. The representative immediately understood our situation and had us in a new car within minutes. She was kind, efficient, and most importantly was able to exchange our car without any hassle. We truly appreciated the quick help—this location made all the difference.”
“My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”

“I’ve rented from this location several times and it is always a great experience. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I tried to rent from the location on Stroop in Kettering only because the Wilmington Pike location didn’t open early enough on a Sunday and it was the worst experience!! They couldn’t accommodate my request and had the audacity to be rude about it. This Wilmington Pike location will be the only Budget I rent from in this area!”

“The reason I was renting was due to my car needing body repair from accident & I was referred by my insurance company to Hertz. The Hertz employee that assisted me was great; very helpful & handled my rental quickly, so I got back to my many activities as soon as possible. Only one drawback: The location is within a large car dealership amongst numerous car dealerships on one road so finding this specific Hertz office is not easily visible from street view.”
