Vicki was wonderful! She was welcoming and helpful during the process, even though we booked through a 3rd party company. The car was clean, ran perfectly, And had no surprising fees. I highly recommend! We booked about a month ago and when we arrived, things went like clockwork with no issues.

Cannot get ahold of live person. Number provided is automated and when connected with customer service corporate representative thru stated to call store directly. Which was the number I had called.
