“I would highly recommend this pro shop to anyone in the Dayton area looking to have anything done. Jim was able to install my new f5 sensor with ease and teach me a lot about it during the process, this pro shop is incredibly knowledgeable and can help just about any bowler with their needs.”

“Purchased a bowling ball there. Actually I bought two here. The first was a 12lb ball, which I love. The finger holes were perfect. Price was great. Second ball was a 10lb ball which I also like, still breaking it in. Also a good price. Fingers holes were measured to my hand, and fits perfect.”

“This store has large inventory. You will find all that you need. Cozy neighborhood feel. Have new, used, lightweight and memorabilia discs. Staff is helpful, if not a bit over the top. This is the type of store you want to support.”

“I needed new workout shoes, because the ones I was wearing were five years old. So I went to Up and Running in Troy OH. Amie was fantastic!! She must have brought out 12 to 15 pairs of shoes for me to try on, looking for the one pair that fit just right. They even had a treadmill in the store so that I could see how they would feel walking on it. I finally settled on a pair, paid for them, and wore them home. Again, Amie was wonderful!! But I'm afraid I will have to return them, because they hurt my feet when I wore them to the gym. I will try wearing them one more day before I return them. All in all, though, Up and Running is an awesome place to look for good, supportive shoes, and I entusiastically recommend them and Amie!!”

“Excellent staff. I traded in a set of irons at this location and got some new clubs. I later found out that the new clubs were not good for me. The staff was super helpful with giving me a return for store credit and I was able to use the store credit to get a driver that I was very pleased with. I switched back to my old irons after bugging these guys a couple days in a row. The staff was nothing but kind and helpful the entire time. John, let me use the simulator multiple times to test out various clubs and gave me some great pointers as well as great advice on what would suit me best. Very pleased to see a business, putting their customers first and making this part of golf A comfortable experience. As someone who is new to golf, it can be intimidating to go into a golf store to shop for all the options as there is a out there. That was not the case here thanks to the staff. Once again, the staff here is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I can’t speak more highly about this location at Austin Landing.”

“One of my fondest memories is when my mother took me down to Tuffy Brooks and bought my first pair of hockey skates along with everything else I needed to play hockey. I’ll never forget it. Usually the only black kid on the ice but I loved it. This was 1972. Love you Mom ❤. D. A. H. A. Forever- Dayton Amateur Hockey Association”

“My daughter and I just went here today. It was my first time here. I normally shop online for my daughter. I have to say, best best best customer service ever. Amber 100% above and beyond. I had no clue of certain “perks” there until she told us. She was so patient with my daughter who is autistic and just had bariatric surgery. She was kind, helpful and informative. Xayvion was so awesome and helpful and super kind! I will specifically only shop now at this only due to their kindness and helpfulness! Thank you Amber and Xayvion! UPDATE! I called corporate and emailed regional and corporate. I had the pleasure of speaking with Guisela when I called back to speak to this store. Again, had AMAZING customer service with her but over the phone since I could not go back to the store to let them know. She is a GEM! Just know, this store is amazing!”

“I picked this range because I thought, “Why not turn Date Night into something explosively fun?” ? Zach, aka “The Mailman,” was fantastic—he walked us through handling guns and ammo like pros (or at least made us feel like it). He’s patient, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to make us feel confident without letting us shoot our own eyebrows off. We had a blast and are already planning our next visit in a couple of weeks!”

“They still have some quality outdoor gear, just not as much if it. They seem to be slowly becoming more of a retail clothing store than an actual outdoor gear store, but it's still nice to be able to walk in & put your hands on the gear they do have, instead of ordering it online.”

“We stopped in here today to find a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. They have a very good selection of styles and the group them by size so it's easy to find what's available in your size. We found a couple pair and they had the correct size for both - so we bought both pairs. Service was fast and friendly. What's not to like?”

“This is probably the best customer service I’ve had in retail, and I shop a LOT! It was my sibling’s first time out shopping in a long time, and they went above and beyond. The girl in the dressing room overheard comments we made and went to find clothing that better fit what she was wanting. It was so thoughtful and helpful! Then, when wanting to order online, Sydney was extremely helpful and helped us order what we needed. Since it took some time to help us (though they were SO patient) they helped reroute other customers to the other counters quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, one customer was extremely unkind, after waiting 2 minutes, despite their attempts to check her out in the other room. They were so polite and handled it so well, though the customer was extremely disrespectful. Thank you, Sydney and the other ladies at Aerie today! We appreciate all you did to make today’s shopping experience so pleasant, and got all we wanted!”
