“Was on the freeway and kept hearing a noise like something came loose and was hitting my car. Stopped in at Ashtabula Body & Fender to see if they did walk ins. Were busy at the time, gave me a day and time, which was today. He came out and got under my car and saw that I somehow broke a clip that held part of the area behind my passenger rear wheel, he put a new clip on and fixed it for me for practically nothing, I had to give him more money. He was so kind. It's nice to find that there are people like this still around.”
“Parts are normally pretty good, but the staff... The staff is actually very helpful, they are friendly, most of them are knowledgeable. And the part that drives me the most about the staff is the fact that they have the lugnuts to where if they don't have something and can't get it they will try to help you find alternatives sources to get whatever the items may be .... You just get that anymore.. I love it, thankfully I don't see them to often because of what that means but when I do get to see them I rather enjoy the experience, most of the time.Response: not a problem, the only thing that would make me like y'all more is if you sold more motorcycle parts, even if they all had to be ordered as needed.”

“Don’t know what the bad reviews are about. I showed up as a walk in on Sunday afternoon right before a storm was coming. I called several other places, this was the only place that would even consider taking my car in. When I walked in they said they had no appointments but they could do my car between appointments but that it would be a few hours. I live in NJ, it was an emergency and I NEEDED to get home. I had a bulge in my tire and there was no way I was going to be able to drive 8 hours back home. Luckily they had 2 kuma tires that fit my car. My car was ready within 3 hours. Tires beautifully balanced and got home safely to NJ! Thank you so much!!!”

Paint color north sky metallic blue and was nervous about color matching but had faith that they would do a superb job based on precious experiences. Color matches seamlessly and shout out to their clean up crew too! Scott is very knowledgeable with insurance companies process as well.
