I asked how much and I was shocked to see how great of pricing they had on new tires. I was thinking I would get that price for used! “This Service center is super upscale and professional. We brought my car in because the steering was off and there was also excessive road noise and vibrating. They did a free test drive of the vehicle for us during which we waited in the fancy waiting area and they told us that they wanted to get it up on a lift to further check it. So we were provided with a loaner so we could hang out in the area. It turned out the tires were cupping. We decided to proceed with purchasing new tires and they had the car done by noon!”
“We hit a dear in our plug in hybrid minivan. Didn't seem terrible damage wise till we realized the damage to the coolant system and cameras etc. so many electronics in the number. Jeff and crew did a great job and handled everything from the tow to working with the insurance company at pricing that was FAR more reasonable than other places. “I was involved in a hit and run accident on July 8th. Upon contacting my insurance company one of their preferred shops was D&S Automotive Chardon.
When I contacted them, they readily made arrangements to get my vehicle in and set up a rental immediately.
I was kept in the loop, and notified of everything that was going on in a timely and professional manner.
My car was completed much sooner than I anticipated to my surprise!
When I went to pick it up I couldn't be happier with the customer service from all of the staff. Everything that was done was explained, in a language I could easily understand. My Hyundai Santa Fe looked great!
I would highly recommend this repair facility and will be returning for any future needs I may have.

“These guys have been around forever for a reason. They are the best of the best. I just recently had a snowplow put on my truck and somehow when it was installed caused a huge glitch in my head unit. “I walked in and there was a full staff of about 4 or more team members, however each of them seemed to be mid task. That didn’t stop me from being greeting. Mike stopped what he was doing and helped show me the battery options. He walked me over to JP who then confirmed I was interested in the correct part and cashed me out. Maurice then walked out to change my battery for me. I was well cared for at this location. And even though I could tell they were each busy with tasks, it didn’t stop them from being friendly and very helpful to me.
Also, I found out this location is a hub, so when your local auto zone is out of stock on something, the Willoughby location is where they may go to get it, so you may as well just start there anyway.”
