“Love this place.I took my 2019 Q5 in because the light on my dash indicated a drop in pressure in a front tire. I also needed new batteries for my remote, which Patrick replaced as I was explaining it to him! It took him about 5 seconds.I had no appointment; I just walked in for an assessment. My tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I agreed to the work, as I travel a lot and need to make sure my car is safe.Patrick immediately secured a loaner Q5 and said the work would be done by 4:00, which was about 3 hours from the time I arrived at the dealer.I went to play 9 holes of golf, and my car was ready before I finished the round!Fast, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, the staff is always wonderful!I’ll will not go anywhere else for Audi service!”

Had another issue with my Yukon had small amount of paint few small scuffs on fender. Took it to him again he was kind enough to drop everything and do the job right there while I waited. “My check engine light came on while driving to work this morning. I pulled over and happened to be right by the O’Riley auto parts store. I stopped in and was immediately offered a warm welcome, followed by, "How can I help you today?" I asked the young woman behind the counter, Shermaine, if she could run a diagnostic test on my car. She happily obliged and was able to recommend new spark plugs as a solution. I immediately purchased new plugs and was able to install them myself. This completely resolved the issue, and my car is up and running perfectly. When I asked Shermaine what she thought about the issue, she offered to give me her boss's card, as he’s a mechanic and would be better suited to answer my questions. Shermaine really went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. The prices were affordable, and the customer service was stupendous. This store will definitely be my preferred auto parts store moving forward. Give this young woman a raise; she deserves it.”

“We overall had a good experience recently when our previous car had a major issue and left us scrambling to look at our options last minute late at night. Our sales person Sarah was very calm, practical and helpful. She was professional for her position, but she wasn’t pushy and unreasonable with any of her responses. She was able to find us a decent car within our budget under what was really a worst case scenario for us as buyers since we were very unprepared monetarily. Any time she would come back with an answer that my wife and I were uncomfortable with, we could tell it was honestly from someone else. We did unfortunately have a couple issues with our contract monthly payment being altered after leaving the building, but that is being worked out. Overall, we would recommend this dealership and we highly recommend Sarah as your sales person and Kia as a brand.”
